These terms and conditions govern your use of this website ( https://paintersabudhabi.ae/) and the painting/maintenance services provided by Painters Abu Dhabi. By accessing this website or booking a service, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Services

We provide residential and commercial painting, flooring, furniture polishing, and general maintenance services across Abu Dhabi.

• Estimates: Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates. A final price is confirmed after a site visit or detailed assessment.

• Color Selection: While we assist with “Jotun Colors Selection,” the final choice of color is the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction with the chosen color once applied, provided it matches the client’s selection.

Client Responsibilities

• Access: The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Valuables: We recommend that clients remove fragile valuables, cash, and jewelry from the work area before our team arrives.

Payments

• Payment terms will be agreed upon booking (e.g., advance deposit, balance upon completion).

• Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of work or legal action under UAE law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to reschedule site visits or work start dates. A rescheduling fee of 250 Dirhams will be charged for any requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled time. This fee is applicable to all clients, regardless of whether an advance payment has been made.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions affecting exterior painting, staff safety).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Painters Abu Dhabi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
